About Core Connection
Centurion Pilates, T/A Core Connection Pilates Studio was established in January 2005.
We are Centurion's first fully equipped professional Pilates studio, easily accessible and centrally located.
At Core Connection you will learn about stabilising, stretching and strengthening the body from within, using the principles of Joseph Pilates (founder of the technique).
These priciples are as follows:
